Difficult issue with adolescent sexual development?I have a friend who was very unfortunate in that she had a son who was born with deformed arms (he has two very short stubby stumps). She asked me since I worked in healthcare, but I am no expert on this. He is now a young adolescent, and has begun to develop sexually. He is at the age that boys "take matters in their own hands" if you understand what I mean. She is concerned about helping him have a normal sexual development. He goes to school (with special accommodation) and she thinks he needs to autoexplore himself. What can she do? She has bathed him since childhood, so she is comfortable with that kind of close contact, but obviously doesn't think she should go farther in helping him touch himself. Any thoughts?
