We should be tough on bin stuffers and tough on the causes of bin stuffers

We don't have a bin, we have tried, the garden now has a plethora of different sized bins we have ended up with carrier bags on a hook. 

This method works exactly the same way as a bin, it gets stuffed to bursting point, eventually one of us, usually me puts the carrier bag into the black wheelie in. From there it goes to the Toxic Triangle where it kills endangered species of birds.
