Talked to Apey about this last week. It's the new mantra here.

Someone asks yer opinion. You give it.

they say, "You can't say that."

Yes I bloody can and just did cussing:

I say, "Why not?"

They say, "Well, it might offend a dwarf (or somesuch See also: Turks/Turkish  cussing:)"

Me: What dwarf?

Them: Any dwarf

ME; How do you know

Them: Well a dwarf might find it offensive

And before you know it some fucking hypothetical dwarf is in the room and no one can say the word "short" or "teeny"

I find it odd that us indigenous white brits can never be the recipient of racism though . . . .  Just saying like.

It has gone mad here I agree ....

They have started this stupid Diversity training at our company ... everyone is supposed to have it (I have avoided it like the plague) They claim there is no munny for anything useful yet they take drivers office staff and management out of the operation for 2 hrs at a time an average of around £50 ph.(this includes agency to cover drivers hours)... Headcount  approx. 150 = £15k  Okay doesn't sound too much but....

It is a Transport office not one person in there gives a FF  about Diversity so every penny has been wasted.... need I say more...
