Seeing as this is "old skool" related... Because I spent so much time reminiscing last night, I had a bit of spare time this morning, so returned to my old haunts. The junior school I use to go to... gone  sad32: ... the senior school I use to go to... in it's dying days, a new one being built on what were the school playing fields, then they're gonna knock the old school down  sad32: ... the hospital I spent more or less half my childhood in... gone  sad32: ... the above ground water pipes on the fields that we use to play on... gone  sad32: ... at least 50% of the pubs on the "top road"... gone  sad32:

Just done the same - well virtually via Street view and what they let you see on Fiends United without signing up.  Even saw picky of the school cat c 1964

My primary school was demolished mid 70's but my secondary school seems to be doing very well which gives me mixed feelings as it was a hateful place for much of my time there.  They even let girls attend there now - why not then?

Anyway this (now demolished) is where I went to primary school in Swanley
