We used to have an Account with Lloyds which had all Mrs K's salary paid into it and suddenly they refused to talk to her on the phone unless I gave my written permission. She'd had that account with them for over 30 years FFS so one account transferred to Barclays pdq but they've started playing silly buggers so we now also have an account with the Nationwide who are really goodso far
Only started using them as a bank last year but they gave us our first ever mortgage many years ago so have had our savings loyalty ever since.
