It also has a very nice house selling wood burning stoves, a good place to browse if you get our recent minus temperatures.  And a tourist office with a very small museum for buses.  ;D

But, as Nick said, excellent restaurants and pubs (seven with Michelin stars). The Feathers is worth a try just to look at the woodwork/building, but the food is crap

I used to go shopping in Ludlow when I lived  just outside of Clun. It has some lovely houses.
I have always thought that the worst thing about drowning was having to call 'help!' You must look such a fool. It's put me against drowning.
