Yikes

A neighbour up the road is famously alcy. Usually pissed by about this time of day. Even when sober he walks and talks like Keith Richard.

He is out in his garden staggering about trying to apply a petrol driven chainsaw to a tree scared2: scared2:

Should I go and try to stop him before he severs a limb?

I think that would be a little too much interference and perhaps might result in verbal or worse abuse being dished out to you .... However as a gesture of kindly neighbourliness I think you should start ripping up the sheets (not the ones the cat has just peed on of course) to use as bandages
