Having lost nearly a stone this year due to work (long story) now trying to put on weight ,....all the intermong sites are for bodybuilding mongs .....
any tips welcomed ..........

I have the same affliction, if that's the right word. I consume about 5,000 calories a day but my weight stays resolutely at 10 1/2 stone.
But as my parents used to say "You never see a fat pedigree"
