News just in from a mate at Gatwick who is in the "towing team" - they might be required to tow the standing planes off the terminal stands and into the 260 track  ;D  And then chock ALL the wheels, not just the nose wheels.

There will be about 55 planes on the deck by 01:00. Good luck!  ;D ;D ;D

Oh, and then put them back again in the morning  NickSick

First casualty - a fence panel has blown down cussing:

Whilst securing the panels either side of it, I noticed that all the panels are covered in false widow spiders  eeek:

I shall effect a suitable bodge repair once the wind dies down a bit.
