Just heard that prat Gordon Brown spouting about how he believes that the right place to debate and agree on signing up with the new treaty (AKA The EU Constitution) is the House of Commons and The House of Lords. Leaving aside the fact he has done everything in his power to emasculate the Lords where does he get off by saying that we, THE ELECTORATE, should not have a say in this matter. MPs are elected to represent our views NOT to tell us what to think. The B@ST@RD must ask us what we want or risk a backlash that will see Labour out of power forever if not himself dangling from a lamp-post by his feet. Cocky, big-headed Scots Git.
