Got into look and layout but nothing about changing the theme on that page.  noooo:

You'd think it was Christmas or something.  ;)

Coincidently, I ran windows updates on my notebook earlier today. It updated Explorer to #10. From that moment the browser started to hang on entry. I updated it to Explorer 11 but still hanging so I've just installed Firefox. Works perfectly  cloud9:
