Rooney said "That is better than at Everton.....we only got oranges at half time there"

AFFS I guess.

What could possibly go wrong ????

Early start ..driving up. Staying in posh hotel in Chesire.

Off to footy . .must remember to keep me gob shut and me foot out of it

Out on the lash with a considerable number of 'the lads' .

Find hotel in Chesire.

Wake up early on Sunday and go and visit my bruvva and my likkle noisy niece  rubschin:

Hope you enjoy it.

The weather will of course be foul and some of the language fouler, there will be a massive traffic jam getting away and it seems you will miss seeing Rooney (a player you really have to see live to see how good he is).  Oh and there are no live replays there (unlike other grounds).

But imho nothing beats attending a typical premiership game for gripping theatre.  With luck you will see all the classic dramas of goals for and against, disputed bookings and penalties and best of all a sending off (or two).

Well, whatever, nevermind
