University fees and idiot online systems

I have recently applied to do an MA at Nottingham University.

One of the questions on the online form was "Do your parents live in the UK"

I answered NO

The university called me on Friday in a confuzzled state.  eveilgrin:

I confirmed the answer.

"Well where do they live?"

"Nowhere"

"Wot?"

"They are dead"

The wumman had the grace to apologise  eveilgrin:

I have now had an offer from Nottingham University  :thumbsup:

They got the fees wrong  noooo:  and I have to take in the paper copies of all my sustificates  ::)

Following further idiocy I decided on Friday to make a formal complaint to the university. Their complaints system is only available to students. I am about to call the VC's office  eveilgrin:
