After a conversation today I have successfully applied for the gubberment to pay my fees.  cloud9:  I will never have to pay them back  eveilgrin:

The "gubberment" has no money of it's own. You're taking money out of taxpayers pockets, my pocket, money I'd prefer to use myself.

I am recycling. I have a CGT bill to pay at the end of July. I get it back as a loan. Stops them wasting it on other nonsense  :thumbsup:

Of course I'm bitter. I'm taxed on my pension and savings (money I already paid tax on when I earned it) just so the government can give it away to all and sundry.
