I know the later Androids are said to be as good but they all seem to be so big.

yes that's the iPhone 5 which is longer than my beloved 4S

and about 3 times the price of your Moto G which does get excellent reviews

Apple are supposed to be making an IPhone 6 that is even biggerer - don't they know that jeans and shirt pockets aren't getting any bigger?

Well, whatever, nevermind

I used to love Motorola phones, they were industry leading in style, functionality and the underlying technology.  Then they went loopy for far too long.  I hope they've returned to form with this one - although it does look a bit copycat.

I used to do a huge amount of business with Motorola and provided test systems for most of their mobile phone manufacturing sites... I've spent endless hours on the production lines watching the things being made...

Consequently, we often got free samples of their latest mobile phones.

But I always thought that Nokia had the best software so bought their phones instead...

This one looks a blinder tho - have you seen the video of it dunked in water for 30 mins?

And you can't go wrong with kitKat - I have it on my tablet and it is awesome....

I won't touch Nokia after buying their attempt at a less dim phone. A complete disaster.
