Good on you Nick  Thumbs:  There are to many of these bullying Fuckwits around  censored:   They usually are shocked when someone stands up to them and can't handle it.  eeek:

When I was a manager I always treated my staff with respect .  Even when they had fucked up you manage it properly. Bolloking  if necessary when all facts are known. ::)

I have never let a boss intimidate me many senior people have tried.

I have to admit I have no patience with wummin who turn on the waterworks at werk   redface:

I dare not (yet) go into details but the management behaviour I have witnessed today has left me shocked and disgusted. I have NEVER (after 35 years in education) seen such shocking bullying and lying. I have arrived home enraged.

I have been there and worked there (Werstshire College of T). But this place is off the fucking scale in duplicity. I was talking to a mate in the sector earlier and found myself welling up in rage, and there is nothing I can do  Banghead Banghead Banghead Banghead
