Hoarding Madness

I just spoke to The Boy to check on GCSE progress. All fine  ::)  he has Music Practical this week. He is an fine pianist  cloud9:

He has broken a finger on his right (writing hand) and piano playing hand  eeek: eeek: eeek:

How?

"I bashed it on the fridge."

What fridge?

"The one in the hall"

????????

It seems the tenants at ex-Nick Towers #3 have a dead fridge. She brought it home  angry041: angry041:

They also have had no heating or hot water for a month as she has some weird animus against boiler engineers. She has clearly gone nuts. He is getting pissed off and thinking of moving out! Who can blame him?
