I've done a BM....

Had a few drinks on Friday night after(during  redface:) work........woke up on Saturday morning must have bashed my big toe.....still can't get a shoe on and it is going an interesting colour....... eeek:

I put my shoe on yesterday and it had something in it, under my instep like....

As I walked along it moved around!  eeek:
