Ed has just announced his resignation and Harpy will be in control until a new leader is elected, so little or no chance of them being taken seriously for the time being.

More than a little strange with some of her ideas but more of a party leader than millipede would ever have been.   Don't be shocked if she gives it a serious go this time.

Well, whatever, nevermind

We should surely spare a thought for Ronnie Carroll veteran Eurovision loser who also lost in the Hackney constituency.  He didn't stay up all night for the results and he didn't even turn up to hear the returning officer declare.

He had a fairly good excuse though, dying on April 13th was always going to make campaigning fraught
