Registering at a new doctors surgery
« on: October 27, 2015, 01:26:39 PM »
So off I toddle to the doctors surgery just across the road from where I now live.

Speak to the lovely receptionist and enquire if they are taking on 'new' patients.

"Is it just you" she asks

Confirmed it was - bought all me paperwork to prove I lived at address and ID etc.

" aah " she says

  whacky115

"We are taking on new patients but only families . As a single person you would not be eligible "  eeek:

So it doesn't matter what the size of the 'family ' unit is you will register all them but for one person you will not  I enquired ???

"I'm sorry yes " she informed me. But then asked me to fill in a form to apply to register ??? That's not registering - that's just applying to register  whacky115

Helpfully she then said she would run it past the doctor and see if they were prepared to make an exception  thatsit:

WTF !!!!!!!!  Explode:
