It would appear they are blind - cannot see that the post has fallen on the floor after being posted through the lettebox and walk over it rather than pick it up
Physically disabled - cannot bend down to clean out a bath / load a dishwasher / hold anything load bearing ( like gathering all the glasses / plates/ cutlery from their room
Allergic to anything of a chemical nature ( not that you smoke or ingest of course) like cleaning fluids, washing powder etc
Their sense of smell has been destroyed - they cannot recognise that festering socks, empty curry containers fumes etc cannot be destroyed by the liberal application of body spray about their room
Practically albino as direct sunlight ( opening of curtains ) causes shriks of agonised screams
Hearing loss - you can only communicate with the use of a mobile device and in text format. Direct verbal contact is nigh on impossible.
