In general, boaters are pretty laid back and in no rush, but there are nutters.

It is noticeable that, since the start of last year's lockdowns, there are many more incidents of us poor lock keepers being abused and threatened. It is starting to get quite ugly.

Today we have been told that we are being issued with bodycams to deter thugs or to record incidents eeek:

What is the world coming to?

Illegal (unlicensed) anglers are also a problem. Instructions are to call Environment Agency enforcers. They wear stab vests and have powers of arrest!  eeek:
