I was responding to complaints from other boaters. One person had a bottle of Talisker broken by the size of the wash  whistle:

Seriously, they were drunken and abusive arseholes. There were radio and phone reports all afternoon. One has to call time sometimes.

I estimate boat value at about £30K. Can't use it for a year but still pay mooring fees? They were a nasty lot.
