Nod arranges to go on a trip to Bath with two mates. They have their train tickets and also his. They advise him to get on a specific train and they will board the train at the next station and give him his ticket.
What can possibly go wrong?
Could Nod get on the wrong train, the one that doesn't stop at the station where they are waiting? Could he have to travel all the way to Birmingham alone and with no ticket pleading with the ticket collector and then get trapped on the platform as he has no ticket to get through the exit barrier and the train that his mates are on is on a completely different platform which he can't get access to?
Why would he call me in tears?
