Nod: I need your help with a technical problem. I have to enter my meter readings on my phone  scared2:

I direct him to click on the link in the e mail, The Meter Readings screen opens up

Nod: Now what do I do?
Me: You tap on the first little box and enter the Gas reading

Nod taps and the numerical keypad pops up

Nod: Now what do I do?

Me: You enter the reading
Nod: Well the first digit is 6 but that box already has a 1 in it
Me: that is not a 1, that is the cursor which is why it is flashing
Nod tentatively taps "6"
Me: Next digit?
Nod: It is 1 but it already says 1 in the boc
Me: that is not a 1, that is the cursor which is why it is flashing

Repeat for all eternity

The Leccy meter reading had 5 digits. My arteries nearly exploded and Nod was whimpering  noooo: noooo:
