Today's confession (while we were inspecting several Neolithic ring ditches  :thumbsup:)

On holiday in Ireland many years ago Nod was asked to judge the town beauty contest  eeek:

He was told that contestant number 8 had to win as she was the daughter of the butcher who supplied the hotel and restaurant. Guinness was taken and Nod got muddled and picked number 5.

That was when the fight started  noooo:

Nod texted me yesterday to inform me that "your mate Andy Gill's widow is on Radio 4 talking about a book she has written about him. I had no idea about his rock career!". I listened earlier on BBC Sounds.

The person concerned was talking about the Andy Gill from the Gang of Four. 

Nod is an idiot.

Nod had his boiler serviced today :thumbsup:  Clearly, the boiler guy failed to press some button )Pilot light or similar) and now he has no hot water or heating  noooo:

He alternates between rage and whimpering noooo:

The company is closed for the day and Nod has no clue about buttons or knobs noooo:
