The All New FUBAR Laptop Thread

So, I managed to pour a full glass of collapso economico into the keyboard and the screen went blank.

I poured as much of it out as I could but the power light remained on.

I grabbed my tools and took it all apart as much as I could, took out the two SSDs and the memory and after mopping up as much collapso as I could have left it to dry...

What are the chances of it showing any sign of life when I get back from shooting laters...? rubschin:

No magic smoke escaped from it BTW...

If the laptop was on when you had your latest moment of cack handedness then it will depend of whether or not you managed to blow any components on the motherboard...


What are the chances of LL letting you buy a replacement...  rubschin:

But I could have bought a lot of collapso economico (370 litres in fact) for what it is going to cost me for a replacement laptop...  cry:
