In the days when I was working we used to justify getting a man in to paint, repair, dig etc because they'd be cheaper than the 5 times as many days I'd have to take off work to do same and I could sell them back

Then I retired and in a wave of rare honesty admitted that we paid men (+ the occasional woman) to do the less pleasant work because we could

So smart move Nick  :thumbsup:
