We went through 2 of them, first replaced under guarantee.  They are amazing when they work but  . . . .

So when #2 was showing same signs of distress I read a post by you about Miele working for 20 years and hopefully you're right as Mrs K loves her Miele.  It is amazing2

teething troubles = you removed all the junk they put in the drum?
