On serious site with advice on leccy cars ....."Sanjeev Rehan Don't buy an EV. I test drove one a few years ago. It was hard to handle, I had several minor shunts, it had a long pole at the back conducting the electric from the ceiling, and cost £3.00 for a 4min journey. At those rates it'd cost me hundreds for my daily commute. I'm still waiting for my change from a fiver, by the way, from the tattooed salesman who took my money."
