To be fair I know a fair few people who prefer to ask around rather than simply google because they can get feedback and recommendations from someone they know/trust on the best people to hire for work.

That post did feel more like simply asking random idiots on arsebook though

They are currently upgrading the M27 to Smart  motorway at a cost of £244million. Last weekend they closed a section for surfacing work. The bulletin sent out to the media described the work as "tarmacing" 

I sent an e-mail pointing out the error of their ways
