A tip to Hull to see The Boy and the fragrant Sophie tomorrow has been planned for weeks. Mindful that I will be there all day I have booked and pre paid a NON REFUNDABLE hotel room in Huull.

I text the Boy for the umpteenth time to remind him of the arrangements.

He finally replies and says he had completely forgotten and has other plans. Banghead Banghead Banghead Banghead cussing: cussing: cussing: cussing: cussing:

The Boy has a car and has a job delivering pizzas.

He calls: Hi, I have had a crash.

Me: Are you OK?

Him: Yes,but I have done £3000 worth of damage to his car  eeek:

Me: Was he in it (thinks Whipcash)

Him: No, but my car is a bit bent

Me: Will the insurance cover it? Why are you telling me this?

Him: Yes, all insured but Mum is going ballistic
