Shit Start to Year !!

Well apart from the obvious with step mum ...last night bust pipe flooded house ... noooo: noooo:  when trying to stop/clean up water ...Miss T fell and broke 2/3 ribs ...... noooo: noooo:

so got broken Miss T and no water .... cussing:
