We had over 17,000 yesterday, today it's 19,700 and we had 5 times more deaths announced in one day than you've had in the whole crisis.  Oh and our total deaths per capita is more than 30 times yours

   but now they have relaxed things ..people are taking the piss .....In my opinion ..we have "lost the season" ...lockdown again ...clean up .....

Interesting yes, want it to be true yes but believable? 

His whole article hinges on the controversial work of John Ioannidis and a degree of denial of this data from https://coronavirus.data.gov.uk/



The correlation of excess deaths with that Mar-May case load doesn't fit well with his theory.

Is John Ioannidis right or wrong?  No one knows for certain but the 'it'll be over by Easter' prediction was apparently based on his work and look how well that turned out.  Our current doubling every 11 days death rate doesn't fit well either.

Seeing as most Corona deaths are older people many with underlying conditions if I was a student I wouldn't be to worried about getting it. As n elderly person with underlying conditions I just keep well away from everyone, Simples really.
