We have people dying, we have people losing their jobs, we have people having to mourn the dead at cut down funerals, we have people whose weddings have been ruined, we have people going to work in fear and we have this massive debt that we've taken on

There's been times over the last week when it seems to many people and more than a few media outlets, the most important consideration to them is effin Christmas and will they be able to have people over to sit round the box watching Eastenders or whatever

Christmas is just a long lockdown anyway every year. Get used to it.

My prediction? The lockdown will get extended by 10 days from early December  (schools and universities finish) and be miraculously and generously lifted for Christmas and followed by a further spike and 2 week lockdown late Jan.
