I call Tesco Mobile as I pay his damn bill and they won't talk to him for "data protection" reasons.

They tell me I can get him a new phone for "just £81". It is his birthday next week and this may get me off lightly
They take me through "Security " for reasons of "Data Protection"
They can send the phone to me but not to him
Why can't they send it to his address?
