Biting the Hand Again...

On one of the B2B chat rooms ..someone has inquired about a Dj with knowledge of Sierra Leone music .... eeek: eeek:  now by chance we did one 9? years ago and the groom gave me all his music (loads !!! )......

So I posted that I did ...THEN 2 of the Djs I employ pop up and try to get the gig ... noooo:

Firstly they have zero knowledge of the music ... noooo:  and they have seen my post ..so really going against me ... noooo:

To put this in context ..they get 1 private booking a week if they are lucky (normally 2 a month) ....on their own....

I give them 3 to 5 gigs a week ... noooo:

The above mentioned Dj is upset ..... ;D 

As I have mentioned before myself and my main(only) competitor work together behind the scenes...

Well that Dj did too ......as we have no work ...my competitor is using ME (not staff) .... ;D.. lol:

This morning woke up to REALLY shitty msg to Miss T from one of "our" Djs....complaining we haven't paid him for a gig last year ......

So checked, yes we missed it ..(with all the shit going on )....but why not ask politely ..we have spoke ..why not mention it .. he is now insisting on cash on night for this year ...well that ain't happening ... noooo:

 Thumbs:  normal years we have up to 5/6 different Bodies DJ/ Lights/ fireworks per night etc..and during busy times things can get missed ..but only 1/2 a year if that....others just point it out politely ..and we pay there n then ...

We are(were) in the awkward stage of being too "big" for 2 of us ..but not big enough (profit) to employ part-time admin .....plus only 7/8 months a year ..
