There's always money to be made in a volatile housing market but there's also always money to be lost

Wouldn't it be better to buy/part buy a place you want to live in?
Well, whatever, nevermind

We discussed this ...and would love to buy this tiny house ...(not selling at moment )...but the places we could afford to buy/steal are areas great for tourists etc ..but not the same as full time living ..and the risk/reward on 30k property ...I cannot see it going lower .. rubschin:  esp if mortages are stopped and I have cash ....the tourist rent is also high obv only 6? months ..but ..lots do it .. rubschin:

We were looking for land to put static caravan or build wood house ..but land with even limited building permission is mental expensive .. noooo:

And finally if push comes to shove ..we could eventually live in it ..grround floor close to shops etc ...

Oh yes ..but would need to act fast to "take advantage"..of situation ....thinking of throwing out some stupid low offers ...and see if any bite .... rubschin:  the one I like as I say has another bigger one above ( same owner) ..so maybe room to "do a deal" ..cannot see many people out buying property "cash" right now or soon ... rubschin:

My dosh should be sorted anyday ..and don't want it to just witter away ...
