So you could buy it and find it goes even lower in value.  IMHO market prices reflect what smarter people than the average person think the future value will be and so never invest in markets you don't have really good knowledge about.

But without resale ...that area is prime rental area for tourists ...friend has one  very (same complex) near gets 250-300 a week rental ... rubschin:
