Customer Service .!!

I have been looking at a product (selfie wizard) to add to my wedding services..so have contacted the company a few times over 1 year ....everytime I ask a question , they just reply "check our website" .... Banghead ...will I did and it is vague ..!!!

so today ..again asked question..same f88king response .. Banghead

So asked about having rights to area etc ..or just Paphos ....??

CVnt replies ..."yeah sure if you but 50 machines " .....

I have never had so much trouble trying to spend money on someone's product... cussing:...and such a shit attitude ..!!  it is a small company 1/2 people ..so not like a shite employee ... noooo:

I had looked into making/doing it myself (possible but easier to buy off shelf from him) .....I might do now and set up rival company .... rubschin:

Just a thought but build in some anti abuse checks like tag pictures with the phone ID because just think of the fun some evil sods could have beaming up some inappropriate for bride's mum pictures  eveilgrin:
