Is this why landlady left?  She couldn't stand seeing the complete hash you'll make of it.  I can give you Stavros' number!!!  ;)

Hows the 'avec brick dust'?  I prefer a mellow 'sans brick dust' myself.

I think it was simply fortuitous timing that Landlady left on the day that I started the project?  whistle:

Remove all tat and furniture. Cover everything else with dist sheets ? I?ve even covered the fireplace in case a tiny spec of soot comes down during demolition?  whistle:
