Have been using it to scan QR codes at various places for a couple of months or more. Just got a text message saying one place has logged someone with Covid at the same place at the same time and telling me to get tested  scared2:

I live in a big old Victorian house split into 5 flats

Lass in the top flat e mails us all to say her boyfriend has tested positive for Covid and is poorly sick in bed. She warned that the bluetooth part of the App would doubtless signal us through the walls and ceilings.

It did. All the others are youngish and work from home and have only had one jab. They have been ordered to isolate for 10 days. Now I have. ::)
