Big Sis is 83 this Saturday. Given hospital food and whatnot, I order a large fruit basket from M&S to be delivered to her hospital ward on Saturday.
She has gone home. I go online to get the order redirected or cancelled.

I call the Customer Helpline and wait 20 minutes
The order cannot be cancelled or redirected
However, when I get a notification on Saturday that the order is out for delivery I MAY be able to change the delivery address then!!
