Just had a phone assessment about my suitability for moving into some rather nice retirement flats in s nice area. I seem to have passed and they have vacancies :thumbsup:  Watch this space  :thumbsup:

Went for a peek at the potential new place and it seems to be in a nice location opposite a massive deer park and on the edge of the university campus rubschin:
