Had a look at possible new place. Slightly bigger than my current abode, newly redecorated. All mod cons. Ample parking, nice grounds. WOuld need to carpet it, get blinds or curtains and buy a new oven

Sounds like they schedule appointments with that special undertaker.  The one that doesn't actually check if they're dead yet
