Had a look at possible new place. Slightly bigger than my current abode, newly redecorated. All mod cons. Ample parking, nice grounds. WOuld need to carpet it, get blinds or curtains and buy a new oven   rubschin:

Fiona says there are more places coming available end of Jan/early Feb, which gives me time to make about a gazillion arrangements rather than some frightful scramble in the new year

Sounds like they schedule appointments with that special undertaker.  The one that doesn't actually check if they're dead yet
