Rahul Ligma and Daniel Johnson were fake names used by a pair of jokers who pretended to be twitter employees fired by Elon during the great purge. It was something that most people covering the events at twitter figured out pretty quickly. As Steve said say the surnames quickly. Arguably childish humour but I'm amazed that there are still journo's that think they were genuine employees, even after Elon got in on the act and 'rehired' them for a laugh.
