Hiding the evidence

Main problem with property is "water in the wrong place".

Last year a gutter downpipe burst and flooded the exterior brickwork. It soaked through and blew off a load of paint around my bathroom window. Now I am selling I want to minimise haggling things, so I called my trusty decorator :thumbsup:

He came yesterday and looked at the damage. "You are selling and want that to disappear?"

Yup

"Easy. I will come at 1.00 tomorrow and vanish it. Will take me 30 minutes.  £50 cash?"

Job done  :thumbsup:
