I am now paying two sets of Carncil Tax to the same LA until my flat is sold. I wrote to the Carncil to see if "a poor old pensioner" could get some kind of discount

They have replied, saying that they are INCREASING my Carncil Tax as I am only entitled to one Single Person Discount
