SO the conveyancers have been in touch and want me to fill in some forms!!I spent two hours answering some questions about absolutely everything but there were some Yes/No questions I either could not understand (legalese) or could not answerI asked them to call meVery helpful young lady called and we went through the Yes/No problemsIN EACH CASE EITHER YES OR NO WAS THE CORRECT ANSWER If it had been a TV quiz show I would have walked away a fucking millionaire

The Estate Agents let the boiler engineer in back in July to service the boiler. He left it on. I will now get a bill for heating an empty flat for over 2 months
