In order to do the work to the wall downstairs they have had to remove a light switch and a radiator. They have just informed me that they cannot reconnect the light swich (we aren't electricians) and although they will re attach the radiator we shall have to get a man in to rebalance the system (we aren't heating engineers).

Want to swap builders Nick, the blokes doing the office roof are scaring the hell out of me. Between the drilling suddenly being followed by some godawful crunching noise, the sound of pieces of the roof falling onto the ceiling tiles and the dance of the sugarplum hippo to say I'm nervous about having to sit right under where they are working is a bloody great understatement.
